You MUST PAY BEFORE this
Registration/Activation process.
The Registration process is this:
1) Run the setup.exe program to install the Stringtabs program.
2) Run the program. It will tell you that the program is NOT REGISTERED and
that some capabilities are disabled. It will also ask for your Name
and E-Mail Address ( these should be the name and e-mail address of the user ).
Fill those in and click OK for each
3) Click the menu item About/Register, and click the Register item
in the drop-down menu.
A form appears with the Registration Number.
4) Copy-and-paste the registration number ( or write it down ) and e-mail
it to me, along with the transaction information: when you bought it,
what credit-card, the name on the credit card, NOT THE NUMBER!!, and the
transaction identifier. This will be given to you by PayPal when you pay.
( I have to be able to verify payment! ).
5) I will e-mail back the Activation Code
( usually late at night, so you'll probably have it the next day ).
6) Run the program again, Click the About/Register menu item, click the
Register item in the drop-down menu. The Registration/Activation form
will appear.
Enter the Activation code into the box for it,
Note that all letters are CAPATILIZED!
and click 'ENTER CODE'.
The screen should change to:
Then it will work, completely.
NOTE: The codes here will NOT work for your machine!

This is a mess, but there is a problem with piracy.
Where one person buys a copy of a program, and seventeen others
install it and run it. Kinda like music copyrights...
So the program I wrote for people to use, and enjoy
is essentially stolen. It is a crime.
Since this is the only way to prevent that,
I guess it has to be this way.
