IT IS DESIGNED FOR WIN XP and WIN 2000.
It requires a screen resolution of 1024x768 MINIMUM!
You should have 16-bit SCREEN COLOR, MINIMUM!
I RECOMMEND 256 MB memory, 128 MB MINIMUM.
I RECOMMEND at LEAST a 1.2 GHZ Processor Speed.
It DOES NOT PLAY MUSIC, MIDI, MPEGs or WAV files!
It DOES NOT read ascii TAB files! ( maybe version 2 )

This program is not guaranteed to work on
all computers, printers or monitors.
It was written for 32-bit Windows Operating Systems,
and should work OK for Win XP and Win 2000.
The program uses a lot of memory (Graphics processing),
so should be run with at least 128 MB,
preferably 256 MB or more.
It also requires a screen resolution of 1024x768 minimum,
since the form is 900 pixels wide. A 16-bit color resolution
is also highly recommended, since I haven't tried it at any lower
color resolution. It probably won't work correctly.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The USER is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
worldwide license for one (1) copy of the Software
for use on a single personal computer
and one copy of the associated user documentation.
2. BACK-UP-COPIES
The USER may make a reasonable number (LESS THAN TEN)
of archival copies of the Software.
3. LIABILITY
The USER agrees that this Software is a
"Try-it-and-see" application, and that the USER will not
seek damages for any problems associated with its
installation or use, and that this company is NOT LIABLE
for anything that happens.
4. COST
The USER agrees to pay $5.00 for the Registration/Activation
process to implement full functionality of the program.
The USER also agrees to pay $5.00 for each renewal of the
Registration/Activation Codes, for ANY REASON.
5. REFUNDS
The USER agrees that after receiving the Activation Code NO REFUND
will be given. This is in lieu of the conditions on packaged software
where the condition is "NO REFUND will be given if the seal on this
package has been broken." or something similar.

REFUNDS CAN be given, but only if requested BEFORE
the receipt of the Activation Code.
The Buyer must e-mail this company with ALL their transaction information
requesting a refund. An e-mail reply can be expected confirming the refund action
within two weeks. ( Some of the delays are due to banking and electronic
transfer delays, some may be due to technical delays. )
A Reason for the refund request must also be included in the e-mail.
The reason for the request may be anything.
It should be a reasonable one, not something silly like "I'm running Win 95"
or "I thought it would play music".
These are silly because I warned you about them, they are covered
in the documentation, and you should know better.
